ExWell Medical is a non-profit community-based chronic illness rehabilitation programme which started 15 years ago in DCU, Ireland. It is a social enterprise specialising in secondary prevention of chronic illness. ExWell aims to enhance the health of the nation by offering structured and supervised exercise classes, educational seminars and informal social and peer support to individuals living with the burden of chronic illness. Now with its HQ in the IWA in Clontarf, we are always keen to collaborate with organisations with similar values who strive to improve the health of the nation.
