“Innovation should be open to anyone, anywhere.” This Plug and Play initiative aims to help level the playing field for women within Silicon Valley's innovation and entrepreneurship spheres. Through a series of events and networking opportunities, we hope to bridge the gap between women looking to get more involved in startup culture from any angle - whether it is investing in female lead companies, launching their own businesses, or simply developing new leadership roles. We hope to empower women by providing them with a network of valuable resources, and ultimately help create more opportunities for females within Silicon Valley's startup landscape.
