Born in 2005, Dealing with People was set up by experienced executives coming from multinational companies working in human resources, sales and marketing, and general management. Our eagerness, implication, and professional commitment was to build up a different entrepreneurial project aimed at training and developing managerial skills of professionals. Our focus is on training managerial skills and thanks to having worked for more than 70 companies, we are proud of having generated our own methodology that ensure the progress and learning of new behaviours that help professionals tackling their daily challenges.
