Sustainable Sourcing was formed in 2008 and since that time has become a successful company with great prospects for future growth. Sustainable’s original plant operated until December 31, 2011 , at which point all processing was transferred to a new fully automated facility in the Midwest. All Sustainable processing is currently run out of the Midwest facility, while administrative operations occur at our Mokena, IL office. Sustainable Sourcing beat the odds when it was formed and grew through some of the most difficult economic times in recent memory. While many companies were struggling to keep afloat, Sustainable was growing and creating new jobs. hese accomplishments would not have been possible without a dynamic ownership team to lead the company. The initial ownership team lead by John Mahoney, Dave Ciarlette and John Setchell utilized their long experience in the fats and oils market place and processing technologies to develop the proprietary technology employed at our company. In choosing the ownership team, Dave Ciarlette, CEO strove to provide a solid base for the company with demonstrated skill and success in leadership, industry experience, financial management, business development, process technology, operations, and raw material procurement.
