Experica, the practice firm is an employment program sponsored by Employment Ontario and managed in partnership by the Vanier Community Service Centre and Pinecrest-Queensway Health and Community Services. It is a simulated business environment that enables participants to gain real time work experience while seeking employment. This 12 week program allows participants to "practice" their skills by "doing" the job in a business environment using the latest technologies. Participants gain professional knowledge to develop their business skills and access employment opportunities while "learning by doing".
