Whether it's a traditional acquisition or refinance of a commercial property, a private company recap through a sale leaseback, public funds for the redevelopment of a Brownsfield site, or a highly leveraged non-credit tenant loan, Trinity aggressively seeks out the appropriate capital provider and is compensated purely on performance. The principals at Trinity have worked many different sides of the commercial real estate business - capital procurement, development, dispositions, asset and property management, and investment. As such, at times Trinity is called upon to consult regarding debt restructuring, recapitalization, transaction underwriting, and development feasibility. Finally, Trinity sources transactions for its preferred clients, including single-tenant net leased real estate, medical office, student housing, multifamily, retail, and manufactured housing.
