Vitrea Training and Consulting was founded in 2019 by Paul Veldhuizen, a highly-experienced senior leader within the energy trading and maritime industry. Originally in the Shell tanker fleet and later, ashore, in Trading and Shipping as well as Coal and the Gas & Power Divisions. Vitrea Training and Consulting draws from an extensive network of professional contacts to provide specialist input to maritime commercial and operational activities. Our consulting, coaching, training and learning services extend the maritime industry; from LNG, crude oil, and other petroluem products to terminal start-up, incident response, regulation, energy markets, staff engagement and more.
