Capital Clubhouse, Inc. is a new organization launched in Washington DC to offer people whose lives have been disrupted by mental illness the opportunity to recover meaningful and productive lives. It is based on "the Clubhouse Model of psychiatric rehabilitation;" an Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) according to the U.S. Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration. The approach is rooted in "The International Standards for Clubhouse Programs."
