A joint venture between Cole Swartz and Chris Heeren, we buy SFH and small multi-family residential properties located in Southern Wisconsin. Properties are acquired through a combination of direct mail, networking, and the MLS. Primary exit for acquired units is buy and hold for the purpose of long term wealth creation through passive income. Our current acquisition goal is 3 properties per month. We are also looking to expand into commercial properties and other markets over the next 12-18 months.
