Venture Werks is a small consulting firm consisting of, basically, me - Dean Rutter. I have operated Venture Werks periodically since founding the business in 1999. I bring a unique combination of skill and experiences to any small to mid-sized business ("SMB"), early stage or startup company. I have founded four businesses and have been involved with consulting, working with or running businesses for over 25 years so I understand growth businesses, entrepreneurs and founders very well. I have also raised private and institutional captial , invested and have sat on several private company boards - so I understand investors.
