Archeide Lux grants top quality control, compliance and governance standards in the European panorama, and it performs all the management company functions in accordance with the Luxembourg Law. Archeide Lux acts as General Partner of Archeide S.C.A. SICAV-FIS, the Fund. This is a Luxembourg SIF established in the form of an investment company with variable share capital (SICAV). The Fund is an internally managed Alternative Investment Fund, which invests a high percentage of its assets in supporting young and innovative companies. The fund’s mission is to research and provide institutional and professional investors with financial opportunities that would not be achievable with traditional financial instruments. Ongoing projects merge the typical high return of private equity and venture capital investments with the transparency of the SICAV-SIF vehicle.
