The workplace is a complex environment to navigate, especially for young women. There are many unwritten rules that no one seems to mention and it's easy for young women to feel overwhelmed and alone, making it difficult to achieve career and economic mobility. We are consciously building a supportive community of young women, in various professions, with the aim of empowering them to succeed in their careers and in establishing financial security and independence.
