www.labaonline.comThe La Crosse Area Builders Association (LABA) is a nonprofit, trade association of building industry professionals working together since 1971 to educate our members and advocate for affordable housing and responsible government. Homeowners and other businesses benefit when builders are able to keep housing affordable and attainable. LABA is involved in the community through the annual Onalaska Home Show held in March, Parade of Homes held in August, Builder Auction held in September, Tools for Schools held in April, Career Day held in October and Cabin Fever held in January to name a few. LABA was founded in 1971 as a chapter of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to enhance the image of and business opportunities available in the residential construction industry. As a dynamic, membership-based organization led by volunteers, the LABA has continued to grow and change over the years to meet the industry’s needs as they arise. Today, the LABA membership has grown to over 175 member companies. As the LABA has grown, so to have the number of services it offers and the activities the organization participates in.
