Brookside is a newly-developed townhome community that will have 241 homes when complete. The developer, Northland, has been building since 2003, and is currently selling the last 10 units. The Association has been turned over to the residents, who have retained Mercantile Property Management. Maintenance staff is on site Monday through Friday. The financials are strong, the people are nice, and the place looks great! Located approximately a mile from the foot of the Cape Cod side of the Bourne Bridge, it’s easy and convenient, whether your destination is the Cape, Boston, Providence, or beyond.
