We are a BIM Architecture and Consulting Studio focused on providing services for writing, managing and directing construction projects, under BIM processes. Our team is made up of Architects and Technical Architects, with more than 20 years of experience in drafting projects and site management, both in new construction and rehabilitation. In Mostly residential projects (single-family and multi-family), industrial projects, and specific services in collaboration with major engineering and architectural studios in international projects. Whenever possible and useful, we work under BIM processes: With different scopes depending on the real possibilities of the project and the agents. Our experience with the Virtual Buildings methodology began in 1998, when the BIM concept did not yet exist (first used in 2002). We have always worked on workflows that, at the very least, guarantee documentary coherence and constructibility. We opted for the use of collaborative models: One of the first blocks of flats that we designed and managed in 2004 was already made with Archicad and in TeamWork mode (collaborative). All international collaborations have been with analysis models and around BIM processes. All teaching, since 2001, on ARCHICAD. We recently collaborated in the creation of the guBIMclass Classification System.
