Daily Grit was started by Chris Wilcox and Robbie Goldsmith in Nashville, Tennessee. The idea was born from a dissatisfaction of how complicated our planning tools were. We both had made the shift back to using physical planners but found that the tools we were using added things that only made planning more time consuming. We wanted a tool that was simple to use, without the fluff, that would help us align our daily tasks to our weekly and quarterly goals. This desire drove the vision behind creating Daily Grit. The reason we launched was because we wanted to build a brand that was empathetic to the challenges of founders and solopreneurs.
