Sugar Magazine is the fastest growing Indi-women's magazine in the DMV and surrounding areas. Sugar Magazine aims to produce content for all demographics ranging from pop culture and spirituality. Founded by two recent graduates in 2017, the idea was inspired by the complex life in the new world, when transitioning from “grown-ish", to Grown ADULT. Sugar aims to be interactive, encouraging readers to be secure in their daily thoughts, dreams, and truths. Ingrained with a desire to serve, Sugar recently launched their first philanthropy project, For the Love of the V, a campaign focused on providing homeless and poverty stricken women in the DMV with feminine care products. Through community awareness and donation Sugar Magazine is intending to collect over 5,000 products towards this effort. For the Love of the V, will begin February 10 and end March 31, six local businesses will be hosting our collection boxes around the DMV for your donations.
