Infinite Motion Fitness is a Functional Movement Training facility that provides personalized fitness programs for weight loss, sports performance, corrective exercise (pain management / injury prevention), and vitality, all based on Applied Functional Science. We also provide nutrition programs & coaching based on metabolic typing and cellular health (for sports performance, weight loss, diabetes prevention/management, overall health and vitality) to aid in achieving client goals. Other services include massage therapy, sports team training, Group Fitness Classes, corporate fitness programs. ImFIT Wellness is the corporate wellness branch of Infinite Motion Fitness. We offer corporate fitness challenges, fitness classes, lunch 'n learn presentations, as well as team building through health & wellness.
