It is the body responsible for drafting and updating the Hellenic Corporate Governance Code. It also provides training on corporate governance issues of interest to companies, investors and practitioners. It was established in 2012 as a joint initiative between the Athens Exchange and the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV). Today, its members also include the Hellenic Banking Association and the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association.
