iWIST's mission is to build a trusted community of women in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) by offering a positive and supportive environment where women can connect, learn, and build a community. iWIST hosts networking and professional development events at least six times a year. The locations and themes vary but the core function is always building the women in STEM community on Vancouver Island.
