www.3dkg.eu3DKG is a high-tech additive manufacturing startup of polymer parts for small and middle-sized lots, the aftermarket and replacement of metal parts. 3DKG has developed a new 3D printer fed with granulate, which is ready for the production. In addition to various high-performance polymers such as PA6, PPS and others, our 3D printer can even print materials that are not available as filament. Due to the density, comparable to injection moulding, our parts are characterised by excellent robustness. The possibility of a very flexible layer structure offers an enormous manufacturing variety. The low material costs for pellets and the short printing time for the products have an advantageous effect on customer prices. Due to the build tray of 780 mm x 550 mm x 650 mm large components can be printed. Our Additive Manufacturing technique has the potential to transform future product thinking and traditional manufacturing. It allows rapid manufacturing as well as customized shapes of complex polymer building components. This will enable our customers to rethink the actual way of production development and manufacturing of parts as well as the management of the aftermarket.
