International Women in Mining (IWiM) is a leading global not-for-profit organisation pursuing gender equality and promoting women’s voices, access to opportunities and leadership in mining. We act as Industry Change Agent and Diversity Trend Setter connecting with over 13,000+ members and followers worldwide. As WIM Champion we collaborate with over 70 women in mining (WIM) organisations on all continents. IWiM cultivates a truly international network of leading companies, organisations and individuals who share a vision for the future of the mining sector. We aim to inspire men and women to be advocates, change-makers and allies. IWiM operates with the support of valued corporate partners and project sponsors alongside a global team of directors and volunteers. Founded in 2007, IWiM is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC).
