Since 1987, CMA has provided contracted services for MSHDA to administer the Housing Choice Voucher Program in Berrien, Cass, Clare, Gladwin, Ionia, Isabella, Kent, Lake, Livingston, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, VanBuren, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties. In addition, CMA provides case management services for the Family Self-Sufficiency Program in several counties.
