Susan began her career as a system analyst in the computer industry and progressed to hold positions such as Vice President of Sales and Senior Vice President of Research and Development in Fortune 500 companies. She was instrumental in the implementation of SB7, the Redlining Community Reinvestment Act legislation and she facilitated the capitalization of de novo banks with the Comptroller of Banks for the State of California. Susan has consulted with organizations such as Bank of America, Citicorp, Chase, Wells Fargo, and the FDIC while developing custom application software for market analysis, multiple regression and branch data exchange. She has authored numerous technical and behavioral educational programs that have been accredited by the National PONSI board and certified by the State of California Employment Training Panel. Susan currently provides strategic consultation to financial institutions and their business partners globally serving more than 5,000 financial institutions over her career.
