Relocalize builds micro-factories for food. Our onsite industrial-scale packaged food production platform is designed to decarbonize and secure supply chains, while improving product quality. Our current focus is on transforming the packaged ice industry. At Relocalize, we believe that distributed automated food production will transform access to quality products, while significantly reducing both the environmental and economic costs of production and distribution. We intend to prove the model by disrupting the packaged ice industry and eliminating the unsustainable practice of trucking large quantities of wastefully produced frozen water over large distances.
