Inspire Alpine®
www.inspire-alpine.comAt Inspire Alpine® we dream of a world where all young people have the opportunity to succeed. Our social mission is to help close the attainment gap that exists between young people from our richest and poorest areas. This gap begins before primary school and grows through primary & secondary school. It has a profound impact on disadvantaged young people’s future career options and income levels. We believe that your economic background should never define your future. This is fundamentally unfair. Our social mission is to help close this attainment gap. We offer free inspirational talks & purposeful outdoor adventures to disadvantaged young people, to help raise aspirations and build confidence & resilience. With a decade of expedition experience behind him, our founder Ricky Munday reached the summit of Everest on 18th May 2018. Since then, he's visited over 160 schools and businesses across the UK to deliver inspirational talks to over 26,000 people. In October 2020 we were awarded Social Enterprise Startup of the Year in the Wales Startup Awards. We fund our social mission in three ways: 1. Inspirational talks to schools, businesses and other organisations 2. Guided mountain adventures in the UK, including mountain walks, scrambles, challenge events & skills courses 3. Small-group overseas trekking & mountaineering expeditions We reinvest a majority of our profits to maximise our social impact. YOU can help us transform young people’s lives. We create extraordinary mountain adventures worldwide. We’ll guide you out of your comfort zone to stretch your mental and physical limits. Our trips are designed and led by Everest summiteer and Inspire Alpine® founder Ricky Munday. You’ll be supported every step of the way by expert local guides. You'll become stronger, more resilient and more confident - and you'll be ready to face whatever challenges life throws at you. Follow your dreams with Inspire Alpine. Be Extraordinary.
