Rivera Consulting Inc., began with former organizer, political director and senior manager, Wilnelia Rivera, who has a broad range of experience working with the urban public sector (small to mid-sized nonprofits, labor unions, and local and state government) in addition to political and social justice organizations. Led by her strong leadership qualities, she leverages her political campaign, urban planning, and project management experience to help deliver strategic results that position her clients for success. Ultimately, she believes that we must continuously build political power while we promote, design and facilitate systems of collaboration, shared learning, decision-making, and engagement that can enable transformative change.
