Be The Earth (BTE) Foundation combines Impact Investments and Philanthropy for a world that nurtures all beings. BTE's mission is to create and connect a synergistic ecosystem of relationships focused on protecting and restoring local, regenerative food systems that perceive the healing of our human health and our planet's health as one. On the philanthropy side, we co-create partnerships and programmes with and for farmers, activists, entrepreneurs, women, wealth holders and indigenous people under a systemic approach. We typically don't do traditional grantmaking. While on the Impact Investments side, we seek mission-driven organisations for investment between £200k-£2m in pre-seed through to Series B. Value-add, which includes fast internal processes, patient capital, an impact-first perspective and an aligned and supportive network, is core to the strategy. BTE Investments welcomes aligned management, investment opportunities and deal flow partners. All of our profits are reinvested or donated. We are part of a robust ecosystem and work hard to make relevant connections and maximise impact wherever possible.
