HTS Group Ltd is Harlow's Local Authority Trading Company and consists of two parts: 1) Providing repairs, facilities management, environmental services, compliance, capital and planned works to residents, leaseholders and organisations in the community, and 2) Carrying out the acquisition and management of properties for renting in the local area. HTS Group Ltd. is headed up by Managing Director, John Phillips, and Non-Executive Chair of the Company Board, Michael Harrowven.
