The Full Plate is a hospitality nonprofit providing essential services to promote overall well-being within the industry. Hospitality workers are some of the most underrepresented precarious workers in Canada and we recognize the need for change. We believe by offering free access to mental health services, fitness & wellness, and legal resources, The Full Plate will foster a more positive workplace and improve lifestyle practices for hospitality workers. We want to create a space free of barriers, where hospitality workers have access to resources they need to promote their overall well-being.
