I have also struggled with depression and anxiety myself with the breakdown of my marriage along with challenges of my sons diagnosis and through learnt cognitive therapy and mindfulness I have overcome these challenges. I have been able to build a successful career, have a family and care for others. I believe with the right support we can overcome challenges and achieve more than we believe is possible for us. As the great Maya Angelou so eloquently said “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
