A big thank you to @qantas for extending my status during these challenging times. My membership year actually finishes end of Feb - so I had already re qualified for platinum until Feb 2021 and had booked all my flights for 2020 to requalify for platinum before Feb 2021 (before this crisis hit), which willow not happen. It is great to see Qantas provide us all with complimentary status extension for an additional 12 months which means I will get platinum until Feb 2022. Hopefully I will be flying again next year - this status extension certainly is very useful for me, especially as someone who works hard to keep their status. I know during this time talking about something like status can seem a bit trivial but since part of my work is in the travel sector this is a big impact on me. So thank you again Qantas.
