JobFit helps students and jobseekers develop their employability skills. It is a realistic work simulation that lets students and jobseekers see how they perform in a job, learn how to improve, and prepare for interviews. We work with education and training organisations, providing an attractive, contemporary way for young people to engage with employability skills. Report outputs are customised to each partner organisation (e.g. university/college/school careers services), encouraging take-up of the employability activities and resources at your particular institution. Game players receive a suite or reports that show their strengths, weaknesses and working style, together with a Development Report recommending routes to improvement and an Interview Guide to prepare for coming job applications.
