Our staff make a constant effort to reduce transportation energy usage and greenhouse gas emissions by buying products as local as possible and driving more fuel-efficient service vans. We also have a quarter acre garden on site that provides a sufficient harvest of organically grown tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, peppers, herbs and other greens that last us throughout much of the year.
