At Prism Wellness, we provide mental health services including: traditional "talk" psychotherapy, body-based psychotherapy and somatic interventions, and brainspotting for trauma resolution. We honor the role of the mind, body, and spirit as integral in mental and emotional health. We provide psychoeducation on nutrition for mental health, as well as yoga practice and philosophy targeted to mental health.
