Investments which are originated, listed, and managed by established real estate investment managers, across the debt and equity spectrum. To establish the now-proven critical aspects of the origination, structuring and distribution propositions of our business, we acquired Property Crowd - a leading real estate crowdfunding platform - in 2016 and re-launched it in 2017. We have since completed the placement of 10 revenue-generating deals and set the stage for our execution and growth.
