After a long financial career in a multinational company, I set up SandersSelf to follow my passion of helping others develop and become more self-aware. I focus on career related issues with middle managers. Currently studying for the Professional Certification in Executive Coaching with Henley Business School, I am an associate of the Self-Worth Academy and have followed a course on Positive Intelligence with Shirzad Chamine. Originally from the UK, I now live in the Netherlands and when not working I like nothing more than to go for long walks with my 2 dogs.
