David has been a coach for several years following a career in Human Resources leadership, primarily in IT, where he was responsible for global teams and numerous aspects of HR from recruitment to organizational development, compensation, change-management and leadership development. He understands people and organizations and is able to help clients navigate their job-search and coach them to dig deeper into their strengths, capabilities and leverage this knowledge and self-awareness to find the work they are looking for.
