And About Us: It started with two questions: ‘What is the support and inspiration that people making Big Change happen really need?’ and "What would we do if we weren't scared?' That was back in 2011. It was a conversation that brought together our histories and experience in consulting, coaching, business, social and environmental change. We've learnt 'There's no point polishing a fish and putting it back in the same dirty pond', and that 'Catalysts always like to learn but not always ready to be taught', and that big change means working with systems. It's also clear that for the people making Big Change happen the work is inspiring, purposeful, fulfiling, complicated, exhausting, frustrating and more. So... The support provides an ecosystem of: - Consulting and advice in making Big Change happen (Clear Purpose, Effective Team, Successful Engagement, Supportive Culture, Getting Results. And the Inner Journey) and... - Team coaching and support for boards, projects collaborations of organisations and working partnerships (eg Chair/CEO, CEO/Project leaders) and... - Individual coaching and support as leaders of change - Chair, CEO, project leaders, project team members and internal and external catalysts. The Big Change can be making a transformative difference within the business or out the world - and often both together. People are making Big Change happen as a core purpose of their venture, as a differentiator, as driver of competitive advantage, as a way to engage and inspire, to become a great employer and place to work, to make things better and reduce suffering, to build something they can be proud of, or simply because they deeply believe it's the right thing to do. As organisations they can be big or small, established or start-up, commercial or charity. They are simply good people doing extraordinary things.
