Founded in 1982 by Frank Chen, Pershing Systems Corporation has undergone a rebranding and remains one of the leaders in IT services. Now known as Pershing Technology Systems Corporation (PTSC), the company is in its second generation and chaired by Frank's son, Sean Chen.
