Established in 1998, International Plastic Engineering (IPE) became the first company in China to locally manufacture multilayer plastic casing. We later became China's first producer of barrier shrink bags, and Asia's first producer of shrink lidding films. Known for our innovation, IPE has grown and expanded and now serve both domestic and international customers.
