WHAT WE DO Scrubbi provides housecleaning services for people busy with their career, family, and other things they're passionate about. ABOUT SCRUBBI Scrubbi was created after experiencing first hand the difficulties of finding, booking, and coordinating with private maids and maid services. From a lack of communication, to missed appointments with no explanation, to rude customer service (or none at all) – all were factors in deciding that the house cleaning industry needed a disruption (in a good way). Thus, Scrubbi was born. At Scrubbi, we actually care about making our customers happy. That’s why, on top of their regular roles, the leadership team often gets involved with customer support on a regular basis. It’s a way to keep in touch with the people who are our #1 priority - our customers. GROWTH By focusing on customer service, Scrubbi has seen double-digit growth over the past two years and is slowly changing the house cleaning services game. Says Founder Daniel Deckert, “I made sure that with Scrubbi, all those issues have been addressed. You can absolutely pay by credit card, scheduling with customers and the maids is all done electronically, and I even include a service guarantee with all our cleanings – if you’re not happy with the clean we’ll send out another maid to fix the job for you.” With his business model, Daniel has seen Scrubbi grow from a small firm in just a couple of cities into one that’s now doing home cleaning services in major cities right across Canada including: Victoria, Kelowna, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, and Ottawa.
