Although we do offer a wide variety of Pilates-based fitness classes and Inversion Therapy Hammock workouts, our mission focuses on more than simple physical fitness: we focus on the whole person approach. We know that until we address the thoughts behind our choices, our unconscious habits will undermine our best intentions.
