The International Center for Leading Studies (T.I.C.L.S.) is dedicated to promoting Leadership for societies and businesses, through innovative educational programs based on interdisciplinarity, cross cultural development and dialogue. It aims to reinstate the historic Greek philosophy on education and tolerant dialogue, linking the contemporary concept of Leadership to the ancient concept of Paedeia. Having had the experience of international programs in various fields, levels and contents for over 30 years and the scientific background to evaluate needs and results, TICLS aspires to become the exemplary Center to provide the education, in its primal meaning, that will enhance the personal and professional potential of the participating individuals. The international TICLS Board and Faculty is comprised of dedicated Academics, all prominent in their respective discipline, committed to the TICLS vision having appreciated the generated outcomes of the programs.Constructive non-formal process of learning, combined with entertainment and pleasure, regular updates based on feedback and contemporary state of the art developments make them exceptional. Our long term programs include: The Interdisciplinary Leadership Academy, for University students, features an interdisciplinary curriculum and multicultural recruitment target. The schedule includes participation to the Chania Med Forum on "Economy, Energy, Politics and Power", the executive high level discussion. The Leaders For Our Future, is probably the only program addressed to young students 15-18 years old that encompasses all crucial elements for this stage, that will support them in their eventual adult life.
