Starting in 2003 as a small business we never dreamed of the growth that would come about. At that time, it was technology was just starting to hit the automotive community. Before you know it referrals were coming in daily and and it didn't stop. Dealers wanted their inventory, photos, and pricing online. By a company with knowledge, experience, and 24/7 customer service. We are proud to say we have that. Just recently, as of 2011 into early 2012, most of our business was lot service. Now the demand is to not only supply the customer, but also the sales staff with the proper tools to engage the customer. The online shopper is savy and if they are not fully satisfied they will move onto the next dealer. Even worse they might post negatively about it on: Google Places, Yelp, DealerRater, or even their own personal social media profiles. The customers have more knowledge and control they've ever had. We need to move forward and fully support their needs! In 2013, we have a few tricks up our sleeve, not only are we out searching every avenue for top quality products. If we don't find it -- We are building it ourselves. Sometimes this is the only option. We have a couple products down the pipeline and soon they will be released to take the Automotive Industry by storm! Last but not least.
