SYNERGIES CASTINGS LLC - (SCL Oman), is the first downstream manufacturing project in the MENA for hi-tech, high precision, high quality alloy and chrome-plated up to 12"-24" in diameter, that will be supplied across the globe to all giants leading automotive OEM partners such as GM, Ford, Chrysler, BMW, VW, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Tata, Mahindra etc. The new Synergies is a joint-venture project between Omani and Indian partners that qualifies TANFEEDH manufacturing initiatives of government Sultanate of Oman. The plant will be located in Sohar Industrial Estate adjacent to Sohar Aluminum premises. The project is under preliminary construction phase with production expected to commence in 2020. SYNERGIES CASTINGS LLC will contribute to Oman’s economic growth and create new forms of employment for high skilled talent. Once fully operational, the plant will produce around two and a half million wheels annually with an estimated 500 direct jobs created.
