Indian Association for the Blind (IAB- www.theiab.org) is a 36-year-old NGO working in Tamil Nadu for the welfare of visually challenged kids, youth and old age. To date, it has educated, rehabilitated and supported more than 30000+ visually challenged mainly from rural areas. In recognition of its exemplary work in the field of disability, IAB was conferred thrice with the “National Award for the Best Institution” by the Government of India (2001, 2007 and 2013)". In this line, "IAB Thank U" is a livelihood initiative for the employment of differently-abled youths. We believe that established corporates can be one of the greatest allies in our aim for creating a social impact.
