ASD Media is an online media company. We provide professionals in dedicated markets with news, intelligence, and interaction opportunities. Our roots are in the Aerospace and Defense markets. In 2001 we started with the Aerospace and Defence Network (www.asd-network.com). Where ASD stands for: Aerospace, Space, Aviation, Defense, Security. The website had a network/portal function and contained news, source (company) data, and later on also events and reports information related to these markets. During the last five years we developed dedicated websites for events, reports, news distribution and source data, and changed the name of the ASD-Network to ASDNews to emphasize the news focus. Our mission is still the same: providing professionals with key news on their market, quality market intelligence, and opportunities to meet people and to exchange information. ASD Media was founded by Jol Hoeve, Hans Dijkstra, and Stefan Koopman.
