Pathogens and Immunity is an open access journal that publishes original research and reviews that focus on microbial pathogens and host defenses. While papers describing animal research are also of interest to the journal, the work should have relevance to human health and disease. Original research papers can be submitted for review, while topics for review papers are selected by the journal editors who will then solicit appropriate authors.
