Graduate Career Advantage Scotland is a new initiative which supports recent, eligible graduates living in Scotland to find rewarding employment by offering careers support and access to high-quality paid internships. As part of the Scottish Government’s Young Person’s Guarantee, we aim to bridge the gap between university and graduate level work, break down barriers, and create opportunities for graduates to demonstrate existing skills and develop valuable new ones. Offering insights into the workplace and possible future careers; graduates can develop networks and skills for success, build confidence, and gain valuable experience for their CV either through our professional development support and/or paid internships.
